Mr. Raymond J. Norton, founder, president, chief investment officer, and chief compliance officer, is a CFA charterholder and as such, operates Norton Capital Management to the high standards of the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. Mr. Norton is a graduate of the University of Rochester, was a United States Marine Corps officer and helicopter pilot, and is a  Vietnam veteran. He has been working in the investment industry since 1976.
